How drops work
- 01Announced
We post the date, time and a few clues. Never the product.
- 02Countdown
Get alerts and add it to your calendar. Nothing to pre-order or reserve.
- 03Reveal
At drop time the product appears here and goes on sale. First come, first served.
- 04Gone
Small quantities, fair limits. When it’s gone it goes into the archive below.
Drop rules: limits are per customer and per household. Orders over the limit may be cancelled and refunded. No holds, reservations or pre-orders. Drop prices are final.
Drop alerts
Be first when the box opens.
Drop list members get an email when a drop is announced and again just before it goes live.
