Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on www.120hp.co.uk are processed and delivered. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Locations

All orders are processed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. We currently ship to the UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scotland) and Northern Ireland.

UK Delivery Options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days): £2.99
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 working days): £3.99

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are calculated from the point of dispatch, not from the time the order is placed.

Processing & Dispatch

Where possible, we aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Due to operational commitments or busy periods, there may occasionally be a short delay of up to one additional working day before dispatch. We appreciate your understanding.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be dispatched within 1 working day of the stock arriving at our warehouse. Eligible products will display an expected release date on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery Responsibility & Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery address details are accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers in line with applicable consumer law.

Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, it may still be in transit. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Please note that Royal Mail do not allow a parcel to be reported as lost until 10 working days have elapsed from the expected delivery date.

Refunds or replacements for delayed or missing parcels can only be issued once the courier investigation has been completed, in line with our Returns & Claims Policy.
